Flexible Class
The student may take any combination of day or evening or weekend classes until they complete the ten,4-hour lessons required to graduate. The classes may be taken in any order after the first day.
Our Cincinnati campus
has been totally redesigned and remodeled to simulate
an upscale bar. Our new 40 foot long granite top bar
is as nice as any upscale hotel downtown and as
stylish as one of Cincinnati’s hottest nightclubs.
This main classroom allows 8 students to work behind
the bar at one time. Our bar stations have the latest
wunderbar soda gun systems, three compartment sinks,
stainless steel ice bins and liquor racks. The back
bar is actually FOUR separate bars, allowing our
students the opportunity to work, and become familiar
with, many different types of bar setups and alcohol
brands.
In addition, our new classroom is
designed with the latest of learning technology. Our
“Smart Classroom” features wide-screen monitors and
computers, integrated with audio/video, internet, DVD,
and a “digital chalkboard” system – allowing our
instructors to quickly and efficiently transfer their
years of knowledge to our students. Our classroom
also has a working beer tap for the Anheuser-Busch
Bartender Guide training as well as a 5-foot hotel
portable bar to simulate working banquets at an
upscale hotel.
All of our students have access
to the “Open Bar” practice time – allowing them to
perfect their skills, gain extra practice, and to
study anytime between classes.
