Ever watched a Flair Bartender work: Flipping bottles, dazzling the crowd, and making LOTS of money???
Want to work for a trendy restaurant, night club, or a casino? They not only require professional training from one of our state-licensed schools, but they also want you to have a "Second Skill" like flair. Graduates of our Mixology program who master this skill are able to work when and where they want ANYWHERE in the country!
Classes are EXTREMELY limited (only 5-10 students/month) and spots fill up fast!
Here are the details:
- Classes are held the last Sunday of the month at 2pm here at the school.
- This is a 4-hour program, broken into two 2-hour classes (Beginner & Intermediate/Advanced).
- The first class runs from 2-4PM and covers basic tin and bottle techniques, as well as building a complete flair routine.
- The second class (which students don't attend until they've mastered the tricks from the first class) goes from 4-6pm and covers more advanced bottle flair.
This program is designed for professional bartenders who want to use Flair while they work: increasing tips, building clientele, and expanding their potential in this business. The techniques taught in the program are intended to ultimately be performed with REAL alcohol in REAL bottles… hence the name "Working Flair!"
The total cost for the program is $150 and includes ALL EQUIPEMENT (a professional 1L Flair Bottle & Weighted Flair Tin), as well as full-color step-by-step practice booklet, one-on-one time with our professional instructor, and free refresher classes!
All classes are taught here at the school by award-winning Flair Bartender (and 1999 graduate of our school) Scotty Archer!
Again, class sizes are EXTREMELY limited: only 5-10 people per class maximum, first-come-first-serve!
